Shogo Ban, a student hailing from Fukuoka with an affinity for cooking, secured a part-time gig at a benevolent person’s diner. His placement at Trattoria Baccanale, the most esteemed Italian establishment in Roppongi, caught him off-guard, as he battled to keep up with the high-paced and difficult work. This manga documents Ban’s constant efforts on and off the line to match his peers, while simultaneously maintaining a long-distance relationship with his girlfriend, Eri. Intriguingly, the manga was lauded with the Seinen/General Manga Shogakukan Award in 2008.
